In his last full-time role as Executive VP EMEA for Attunity, he grew the EMEA revenues from $1.5m to $36m
and the team from 5 to 70 including a high performing management team.

I am addicted to software and technology. My technical background has helped me through my business life to deliver working solutions and bridge the gap that often exists between software development and sales execution. I have been involved in IT sales for more than 30 years and in that time I have built and managed sales organizations from startups to multinational companies. The work has spanned organizations that sell shrink wrapped products over the phone to ones that sell complex enterprise solutions that can include a large consulting component.
I have learnt that successful businesses have one thing in common. They employ well educated and motivated sales teams that follows clearly defined and communicated processes.
With my experience I love to support both startups and large corporations to build or shape their sales organizations to achieve their goals.

David Mills
Experienced Sales Leader, director & consultant
David Mills has held some of the most senior positions in software organisations throughout his career. At Oracle he ran the UK applications business and was on the UK board. At SAP he also ran two of the major businesses for SAP and was a UK board member. With industry specialisations including Public Sector, Energy, Utilities and Retail, David has applied the product solutions very effectively to the challenges of the client business in question. With executive relationships across those client sectors as well as industry peers David can call upon a network that can unlock major opportunities.
David’s last role was running the Energy business for Salesforce and in that role the importance of the use of CRM was critical in the management and monitoring of a modern SaaS business.
The last four years have been in the consultancy and advisory sectors either as an interim, preparing businesses for trade sale or working with Private Equity to improve and scale high potential technology businesses. This work has been with Tenzing, Vitruvian and Magnesium capital. David’s style is consultative but with a strong emphasis on best practice and previous experience especially around building repeatability and scale.
